Klub Sportowy 27 Orzegów

W 1927 roku grupa działaczy sportowych wraz z nowymi władzami gminy założyła klub sportowy, umieszczając w nazwie rok jego założenia – tak powstał „Klub Sportowy 27 Orzegów”. W tym miejscu istniało jego pierwsze boisko, które służyło do gry w piłkę nożną, koszykówkę oraz do uprawiania lekkoatletyki. Sportowcy klubu święcili sukcesy w latach 30 i 60 – tych XX wieku, niejednokrotnie dochodząc w swoich dyscyplinach do czołowych miejsc w Mistrzostwach Polski. Słup, na którym wisi tablica, to pozostałość dawnego ogrodzenia terenu boiska, na obrzeżu osiedla można zauważyć również wał ziemny – dawną podbudowę trybuny.

Der Sportklub 27 Orzegów

In 1927, a group of sports activists and the new local authorities set up a sports club, with the year of its foundation included in the name. In this way, 27 Orzegów Sports Club (“KlubSportowy 27 Orzegów”) was founded. In this place, they had their first yard which was used as a football pitch, a basketball court and a yard for practicing athletics. The sportsmen from the club were successful in the 30ies and 60ies of the 20th century, often being leaders in their disciplines in the Polish National Championships. The post with a plaque is a remnant of the former fence of the football pitch. On the edge of the housing estate one can also see an embankment which was once the base of the stand.

Im Jahre 1927 hat eine Gruppe der Sportfunktionären samt den neuen Vertretern der Gemeindebehörde einen Sportklub gegründet, und in den Namen des Klubs wurde das Jahr dessen Gründung eingegeben – so entstand „Klub Sportowy 27 Orzegów”. An der Stelle gab es der erste Sportplatz, der zum Fußball- , zum Basketballspielen sowie zum Treiben der Leichtathletik diente. Die Sportler des Klubs hatten ihre Erfolge in den 30er und 60er Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts, sie haben mehrfach die Spitzenplätze in den Meisterschaften Polens belegt. Die Säule, an der die Tafel hängt, ist ein Überrest der Zaun zum Sportplatz, am Rande der Siedlung ist auch der Erdwall zu sehen, der der ehemalige Tribunenunterbau ist.
